Set up and / Or pack down
We have various solutions to suit your venue decorating needs. Booking large quantities of hireware and need extra pairs of hands to help out? Or you’re less confident about handling the hire items? Perhaps you reason that you might be rightly caught up in the moment and unable to take time off enjoying your special day to set up or pack down? That’s why we are here. We can do either or both. That would be setting up the day before your event and/or packing down the day after. We also provide on the day service if required. Whatever makes it easier for you.
Please let us know if you require this service at the time of your enquiry. Your invoice can be updated with these services at any time up to making your balance of payment to confirm your booking. Charges do apply where this service has to be provided on the day e.g if items are left unpacked on our arrival for collection and staff have to pack or repack on your behalf. It is always cheaper to book in advance.
