Dry Hire

Items within our collection are available to businesses and private individuals for Dry Hire. We recognize that no two events are the same and there is bound to be varied décor requirements. So, whether you are a venue manager, a dab hand at professional styling or like to add a personal touch by setting up your event décor yourself, our Dry Hire service offers you the benefit of choices at a fraction of what it would cost you to source and purchase similar high end hire ware for every event.

We take care of the logistics. We deliver and collect door to door, so that you can simply enjoy high end, distinctive hire products that help you showcase something new and constantly deliver the ultimate, talked about event every time.

Our Dry Hire service is a popular option due to being cost saving. We charge only for daily use of hire ware on the basis that clients do all the heavy lifting themselves: planning, designing, calculating quantities, sizes required, hire ware management including set up and pack down at the venue. This service is only suitable for clients with the capacity to take on these activities. Charges apply if we provide additional support. It is always cheaper to book additional services in advance.

Our Dry Hire Service can be booked directly online. Simply select and forward the items you require through our online quote request system and contact form. We aim to get back to you with a quote and if satisfactory an invoice with payment details within 48hours. For urgent enquiries, please contact us by phone.

Our Venue Design Studio is a dedicated 45minute service for private individuals and professionals with an event in mind. Self-planning or self-managing an event is often a bigger challenge than expected. For one what is considered self-planning often relies on vendors being disposed to provide unpaid guidance based on their expertise- giving pointers, offering recommendations, helping with calculations etc. It can be frustrating where this is not forthcoming; but businesses after all are set up to make profit.

As far as concerns your venue design, we’ve got you covered with sessions that save you the cost and time of sending out multiple queries. The starting point is that we have an extensive range of hireware to support whatever your design vision is for the event. Samples of these would be available for your design session. It’s an effective solution for clients who would appreciate cutting through hours wondering what tableware or décor seen on design catalogue platforms look like close up and unedited. Or trifling through mood boards wondering how combinations of textures and colours work. Or how the sizes and quantities of various elements can be placed together into a cohesive whole.

You get to see, feel, touch the hireware. Even better, our stylist(s) would be on hand to work with you on a setting of your choice within a space dedicated to you for the duration of your experience. If you send images of your ideas at least a week in advance, we’ll have this replicated within your space as far as possible.

During your design experience, we’ll talk you through the logistics of planning and managing your event design, set up and pack down.  Our contractual obligation ends once your session is complete so there is no pressure on you to proceed with a booking. This makes the session also ideal for clients who only want to have a quick visual experience or mockup to focus or finesse their design ideas. You’ll have a copy of our charges for additional services if required. You may feel confident enough to Dry Hire at that point or prefer just a little more support with any of our Enhanced Services.

Alternatively, our End-to-End Service (includes Design, Styling, Venue Set Up, Pack down) is our comfort, low stress offering for clients who prefer to be pampered, leaving the heavy lifting to us while focussing on other aspects of their event.

Our Venue Design Studio Service is an experience to be enjoyed with a guest of your choice. We may be able to accommodate a group of 3 with sufficient notice.  Book your Venue Design Studio session online or contact us by email for an invoice with payment details.

We have various solutions to suit your venue decorating needs. Booking large quantities of hireware and need extra pairs of hands to help out? Or you’re less confident about handling the hire items? Perhaps you reason that you might be rightly caught up in the moment and unable to take time off enjoying your special day to set up or pack down? That’s why we are here. We can do either or both. That would be setting up the day before your event and/or packing down the day after. We also provide on the day service if required. Whatever makes it easier for you.

Please let us know if you require this service at the time of your enquiry. Your invoice can be updated with these services at any time up to making your balance of payment to confirm your booking. Charges do apply where this service has to be provided on the day e.g if items are left unpacked on our arrival for collection and staff have to pack or repack on your behalf. It is always cheaper to book in advance.

Dedicated delivery and collection slots: With our standard Dry Hire Service, your hireware would be dropped off and picked up as part of a multi venue transport schedule anytime from 10a.m to 5p.m. As an upgrade to our standard service, we offer a.m or p.m delivery for an additional charge. With sufficient notice, we can also offer a dedicated service for delivery at your specified time. This costs significantly more.

Portering services: The standard Dry Hire service entails door to door drop off and collection only at the nearest accessible entry point within viewing distance of our vehicle(s). No more than 15 minute turn around is calculated for each stop. Our enhanced portering service covers requirements to drop off or pick up items further into the venue, or retrieve items from non-entry points, through stairs, lifts, split delivery to multiple points in the venue. We recommend booking these in advance. Same service carried out as unscheduled tasks will be charged as an enhanced service.
