Dedicated delivery and collection slots: With our standard Dry Hire Service, your hireware would be dropped off and picked up as part of a multi venue transport schedule anytime from 10a.m to 5p.m. As an upgrade to our standard service, we offer a.m or p.m delivery for an additional charge. With sufficient notice, we can also offer a dedicated service for delivery at your specified time. This costs significantly more.
Portering services: The standard Dry Hire service entails door to door drop off and collection only at the nearest accessible entry point within viewing distance of our vehicle(s). No more than 15 minute turn around is calculated for each stop. Our enhanced portering service covers requirements to drop off or pick up items further into the venue, or retrieve items from non-entry points, through stairs, lifts, split delivery to multiple points in the venue. We recommend booking these in advance. Same service carried out as unscheduled tasks will be charged as an enhanced service.
